Per-application terms

Each application neoncrayon builds carries its own terms of service. Using one of our apps means you agree to that app's specific terms, which are provided within the app itself. These Site terms cover your use of neoncrayon.com; the terms for any given product live with that product.

No custom development

neoncrayon builds and offers its own products. We do not take on custom software development, debugging, code for hire, or similar work-for-hire arrangements.

Payments

Payments for neoncrayon products are processed by Stripe. neoncrayon does not collect or process payment card data directly. Your payment information is handled by Stripe under their own terms and privacy policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, branding, logos, and design, is the property of neoncrayon unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

No warranties

This Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate, but we do not guarantee it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neoncrayon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.
